Commercial Doors

These guys have done several commercial jobs for us. You ask for a bid and you get one in a timely manner, you ask them to do a job and they tell you when they can. They have done a beautiful job on all doors I've had them replace. My company loves these guys too. Commercial Doors go right here when we need a new one!

Straight up great business to work with, period. I work in industrial buildings and door work of all kinds are needed, from repairs, replacements, installations, door adjusting, glass replacement, roll-up door service, you name it. I've used other larger vendors and none of them compared to the service and excellence I've gotten from Industrial Door (they are a smaller locally-owned company). Great prices, great communication, you know what to expect because they give you all the information you need and answer all questions. I try to use them for all of my properties all over the Sacramento and Central regions and they've not let me down once.

Very responsive and provide very detailed information. Few other companies asked us to pay upto $150 just to provide a quote but these guys came out for initial inspection at no cost and provided a reasonable quote. I would recommend them for all your commercial door amd window needs

Really great team to work with- they were very responsive, provided a fair quote, and completed the work quickly. The door repair looks great! They accidentally misquoted us the first time and immediately called to apologize and make sure we felt comfortable with the revised quote. I had already approved the first quote that was too high, and I feel like other companies would have just taken my money and not corrected the mistake, but they took the time to fix it and to make sure I still felt comfortable moving forward. 6 stars for going above and beyond!

Aaron showed up promptly ready to get to work. He trouble shot my 20+ year old ADA door mechanism and was able to fix it without having to replace the motor.

Industrial Door Company gets 5 stars for customer care. Three weeks ago they replaced the locking mechanism on storefront doors to a property we manage, last week the closures weren't working correctly. Their service tech came out with the required parts and repaired the closures, they waived their labor charges and only invoiced us for the parts. We have used Industrial Door on other properties and they are very responsive, courteous and professional
