Bi-fold hangar doors reduce the stress on the motor because they only open half the distance of the door itself. Horizontal Sliding Doors
Horizontal sliding doors are easy to install, look great, and offer a great deal of weather protection from the elements. What’s more, horizontal sliding doors move independently of each other so no matter how large your hangar is, horizontal sliding doors can be installed to enclose the space. They attach to the hangar on the top and use rails on the bottom to secure them to the ground.

Similar to horizontal sliding doors, telescopic doors can be used in a large application and can retract to make room for airplanes and large vehicles to get in and out of the hangar.
